DONATION…Tawau MP Datuk Christina Liew donated RM2000 to the Federation of Chinese Associations Tawau in aid of its blood donation drive held on Saturday and Sunday at the Dewan Basel, Basel Christian Church of Malaysia, Tawau.
“Like other non-governmental organisations (NGOs), the Federation is doing a great service to the Tawau Hospital blood bank which needs to replenish its blood supply. We thank all the blood donors for their voluntary contribution,” she said.
According to the Project Director Chong Nyuk Thau @ Jacky, the blood donation campaign succeeded in collecting a total of 258 pints of blood from the civic-conscious public.
