SPECIAL PARLIAMENT SITTING…(Pic) PKR Member of Parliament for Tawau, Datuk Christina Liew (left) and DAP Member of Parliament for Kota Kinabalu, Chan Foong Hin were among Sabah MPs who attended the Special Parliament Sitting on Monday where the Constitution (Amendment) (No. 3) Bill 2022 was tabled and debated in the Dewan Rakyat.
It was tabled by Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Parliament and Law) Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.
The amendment was to provide an enabling clause for the Anti-Party Hopping Bill to be formulated, tabled and approved in Parliament at a later sitting.
