APPRECIATION…Api Api Assemblywoman Datuk Christina Liew donated KFC meals and beverages for police personnel from the State Police Contingent, Kepayan, manning the roadblock along the KK Airport Highway on Wednesday afternoon.
“Police are working round the clock on the frontline to ensure a high level of compliance with the Movement Control Order (MCO) and to maintain public order.
Co-operation with the police authority in adhering to the regulations in the MCO is essential to stop the spread of COVID-19,” she said.
Liew, who is also Deputy Chief Minister, reminded the public to stay home from 6pm until 7am the next morning unless there is an emergency.
She was accompanied by Api Api Community Development Leader Grace Lee. END
