National Consumer Foundation Chairman Thanks Prime Minister for Prioritizing Sabah’s Road Infrastructure

KOTA KINABALU, 6 Aug 2024: David Chan, Chairman of the National Consumer Foundation Sabah, has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Anwar Ibrahim for his recent directive to the Ministry of Works to expedite road infrastructure projects in Sabah.

This initiative aims to ensure that the people of Sabah can soon enjoy improved road conditions and toll-free access to the Pan Borneo Highway.

Pan Borneo Highway: A Toll-Free AdvantageIn his announcement, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim highlighted that the people of Sabah will benefit from toll-free access to the Pan Borneo Highway.

This highway, which spans across Sabah and Sarawak, is a crucial infrastructure project designed to enhance connectivity and promote economic growth in East Malaysia.

Gratitude from the National Consumer Foundation David Chan, on behalf of the National Consumer Foundation Sabah, conveyed his appreciation for the Prime Minister’s commitment to Sabah’s development.

“We are deeply thankful to Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Anwar Ibrahim for his decisive action in instructing the Ministry of Works to prioritize and expedite road projects in Sabah.
