KOTA KINABALU: Api Api Assemblywoman Datuk Christina Liew was once again on her rounds to hand out food baskets to her constituents in the State constituency on Thursday.
Among the recipients were senior citizens, retirees and those who have lost their jobs.
Each family in need received a bag of rice, a pack of other food essentials and a tray of eggs.

“It is yet another opportunity to meet and greet the people, and find out how they are getting on amid the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Liew, who was assisted by the Api Api DUN Liaison Officer Grace Lee and a team of volunteers.
According to her, most of the residents are struggling to make ends meet, particularly low-income earners with elderly parents and school-going children to support.
