This followed a site visit to the spot after receiving a formal application for a football field from the youths represented by Suriansa Berahim who said they have been waiting for many years for the facility to take shape.
“We thank our elected representative for considering our application,” he added.
Among those who witnessed the ceremony were personnel from the Tawau Parliamentary People’s Service Centre, village community and youth leaders.
